About Work

I've been doing art at some level in my life for quite some time but only recently have I settled on collage.

The mine themes that dominate my work are the exploration of the previous hundred years of British history and culture.

With collage I can use the items directly associated with those time periods - photographs, pages, stamps, maps, currency - to create a juxtaposition between past and present to convey messages of our shared histories.
